WARRANTY
With the purchase of your custom saddle, you also get piece of mind. Every saddle comes with a 3-year craftmanship warranty with a 5-year warranty on our fiberglass-covered wood trees. Our warranties are based on natural wear and tear; physical damage and abuse is NOT covered by warranty.
Photos of the damage MUST be sent prior to the saddle being shipped or dropped off.
We are proud to offer a true lifetime tree. No matter how many times it is broken, it will be replaced! Ask us how our lifetime tree is built to see if you would benefit from this remarkable upgrade! Shipping fees are not included in this warranty coverage.
If your saddle needs warranty work or repair, you will be responsible for shipping or delivery to and from our shop.
