CUSTOM SADDLERY POLICY
SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Shipping will typically run 3-7 days. If a certain or different carrier is needed, the difference in shipping will be added to the order.
Any shipping or delivery charges due to warranty issues or returns is to be covered by the customer.
Payment is due in-full prior to the saddle being started.
** TAKE PICS OF YOUR SADDLE AS SOON AS IT IS TAKEN FROM THE BOX IN CASE OF DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING OR RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESSES!**
Must provide pictures immediately, dated the day of receipt, if the saddle is received damaged or in less than brand-new condition.
Because all orders are custom built, returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee after approval with submitted pictures. Return must be shipped within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition as it was sent: brand new, not used. If saddle has been used but not damaged, photos are submitted, and if approved, then it can be exchanged after a 10% restocking fee. Must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
WARRANTY
All new saddle come with a 5-Year tree warranty and a 3 -Year craftmanship warranty. Approval and pictures are required prior to shipping or delivering if you have warranty issues or repairs. Warranty DOES NOT cover physical damage or abuse. Customer is responsible for any applicable shipping or delivery fees.
